We believe there is a better way forward.

Changing the Way Kyphoplasty Is Done

Vertebral augmentation has helped patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. Yet many of the technologies supporting these procedures have remained fundamentally unchanged.

Experience Reveals Opportunity

Lentek brings together deep expertise across spine care, medical device innovation, commercialization and market development, united by a shared belief that vertebral augmentation can be simpler and more accessible.

Anthony Carnemolla is a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and medical device innovator with more than three decades of experience building and leading high-growth medical technology companies across spine, ENT, surgical, aesthetic, and cardiovascular markets. As Co-Founder and CEO of Lentek Surgical, he leads the company’s strategy, innovation, and growth, guided by a simple belief: the best medical technologies remove unnecessary complexity, enabling surgeons to focus on the patient—not the limitations of their tools.

Anthony Carnemolla

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

We want to change the way kyphoplasty is done. By removing the limitations and complexity that get in the way, we enable surgeons to do their best work. Simpler, more efficient procedures drive adoption, and broader adoption expands access for the patients who need care most.

Our Mission

Rethinking Vertebral

Augmentation, Together

At Lentek Surgical, we believe the most meaningful innovations don't just improve existing workflows, they redefine what surgeons should expect from their tools. We're developing technologies designed to make vertebral augmentation

Easier to Learn

Easier to Perform

Easier to Adopt

Because when technology removes complexity, more surgeons can confidently bring care to more patients.

Our Vision

Looking Beyond

Today's Procedure

The future of vertebral augmentation extends beyond the hospital, into outpatient and office-based settings. As the procedural environment evolves, the technology must evolve with it.

We envision a future where vertebral augmentation is simpler, more accessible, and available to more surgeons — and more patients worldwide.

Our Approach

Built Alongside Surgeons

LATUS KB™ is being shaped by real procedural challenges and direct clinical insight. By developing in close collaboration with surgeons, we stay focused on what matters at the point of care: workflow efficiency, ease of adoption, and a design that earns its place in modern practice.
